Thank you for trusting me with your gatherings and your specials moments.

This grazing table was for a beautiful bride and groom to be and celebration of their engagement party. With the “off the market” theme, we loaded up on the fruits, veggies, colorful ceramics, and woven baskets to keep a lighter feel.
It’s an honor to bring these gatherings to life for my clients and I hope you can feel the love in every spread 🤍

How long does it take to set up for an event?
It’s all depends on the prep.
Some tricks to help save you time when you arrive onsite:
1️⃣ Have some platters already built before you leave. That way, you’ll remove the plastic wrap upon arrival, add your crackers and voila, it’s all set!
2️⃣ seperate out your products by container and load them into your cooler in reverse set up order, keeping the first things you grab on top
3️⃣ don’t leave anything to be cut onsite. Everything should already be sliced, prepped and ready to be set out. Apples, pears and citrus included. There are tricks to keep these from browning ahead of time!

This spread was a little extra special 🤗
About a month ago I received a call from a woman I met in 2023 when I guided a cross-country cycling trip for 48 days where we rode from Portland, Oregon to Portland, Maine.
One of the gentlemen I had on that trip had an upcoming birthday and his partner wanted to celebrate him with a surprise trip. In that, with her huge heart, she also wanted to support me and my business here in Fort Collins.
Low and behold, she pulled off a top tier surprise:
He didn't know about the trip until 24 hours prior to departure.
He had no idea that their two good friends would be joining them for it.
He didn't know they were coming to Fort Collins until they were on the highway heading north from the airport.
And he had no idea that a Curated Grazing Co surprise spread would be waiting for him at their Airbnb.
Not only did this weekend remind me of why I started this company in the first place, which was to bring people together in intimate spaces, to connect and go deeper with each other. But it reinstated in me, the power of love 💕
I felt honored to have been the reason they chose Fort Collins to visit, and I felt so much love from the two of them plus their friends, whom were strangers on Saturday but are no longer.
Thank you Deb & Brian for being the most amazing humans 💖

The difference between an average charcuterie board and a great one...
It's variety!
Two charcuterie boards can have the same cheeses, same flavors and same elements, but one will be much more eye-catching and look more appetizing if it has more variety to its cuts and displays.
Here are 5 of my favorite days to display cheeses on my boards. Maybe one of these will spark a new design for your next board!
Happy snacking! 🧀

As the end of every year tends to be a busy time filled with hosting, family time, activities and connection, it also leads to reflection time.
While I’m personally not one for New Year’s resolutions, I do love pausing to reflect on the year behind me. I think about the challenges, the wins, and the hardships I’ve experienced, and I take note of the lessons that came with each moment. Doing so helps me clearly see the growth that can happen in just one more year.
Alongside reflection comes planning for a new season. A few years ago, I began choosing a single word to guide my year ahead. This word represents an overarching intention—something grounding that I can return to throughout the months ahead. Some past words of mine have been:
2023: Movement
2024: Rooted
2025: Resilience
Resilience was an especially fitting word for my 2025. This was the year I took the leap and launched my main business as a Travel Advisor, alongside Curated Grazing here in Northern Colorado. At the same time, I worked to build friendships as an adult, settle into a new town, and learn how to balance a long-distance relationship with my long term partner.
This year asked me to shed many layers of who I thought I was. It gave me space to recreate myself (again and again) and taught me the power of boundaries, balance, and harmony, of which, I will continue to learn.
All of this brings me to 2026: the year to BLOOM 🌱
I planted many seeds this past year, and I’m excited to watch them grow over the next twelve months. Bloom also calls in deeper community, meaningful connections, and conversations that truly matter.
✨ Now I ask you, what would your word be for 2026? Leave a comment below or send me a DM, I'd love to hear them! ✨
