I have not been the greatest keeping up my posting on here for a while. We had a power surge a while back and it blew out my computer and printer so I had to replace those. Now we have closed down storage for good and are making all the changes needed to fit what we want to keep and sell the rest. Here is a beautiful new surprise from April! Everly Faye was born, my granddaughter.

I was doing some stretching on my yoga ball today. A great easy way to go if you have hyper mobility. Anyway, there I was with my forehead on the floor and my legs up in the air when it hit me. How much trust I'm putting in this rubber ball. If it were to pop right now I would crash down right on my face. Just a reminder to check the shape of your exercise equipment every once in awhile and make sure it's in tip top shape. Safety first. Lol, have a great day!

I decided to attempt making sour kraut. So it says: cut cabbage fine. Scrunch with 2 tbsp salt in bowl, then fill your jar with cabbage packed tight to the top. Fill with water and close tightly. Leaving for 8-10 days. Each day your supposed to release the trapped air. Nobody warned me that days two/ three are like opening a soda you just shook up. So fyi just throw a kitchen towel over it or suffer the smell and spew of kraut juice every where. Wow, I think I made that sound unnecessarily grosser than I needed to. Anyway, will update with the final " is it worth it" in a few more days. Also I was hit with a question that I did not know the answer to. I personally chose to add a little water. The question is when you lose water to an explosion ( lol) do you add back water to bring your water level back up? If you know please feel free to comment. Thanks!

Homemade marshmallows turned out to be a great and easy activity to do with kids. This is coming from the pov of a stand mixer owner. Delicious in your favorite hot cocoa and makes a mean rice crispy treat. You can also color and flavor them in any way you so desire. There are quite a few low sugar recipes out there I'm looking forward to trying next.

Getting the hang of rebatching. It has been a gorgeous weekend. Hope you had a chance to enjoy it. I got outside myself a bit. Start your Morning with a rested mind and body, also love yourself enough to try again tomorrow if need be. 😀

Time to jump back into making juice. That's my goal this week. Get back to juicing every few days. I'm starting with just one juice a day. To acclimate my digestion. Always start slow( you are jump starting your digestion). This also tends to be a common mistake, some people jump in and drink a bunch then end up on the toilet, saying juice is not for me. Yeah I'm sure, I would think that too if I did that. Remember it's introducing the perfect prebiotics to you system. It's not like juice from the store that has been pasturised (the juice is now dead). Fresh juice is live nutrients. Which is why it is only good for a few days.
