Wow, Fort Atkinson… you absolutely outdid yourselves! I baked over 650 dog treats (yes—rolled the dough and cut each one by hand), and by the end of the day I had only 15 treats left. For me, that is an incredible market!

Thank you for buying treats for your four-legged friends, your family dogs, your neighbor dogs, your ex-relative dogs, and pretty much every dog that crosses your path. Your support means more than you know.

After 14 years of baking dog treats, I’m thrilled to say that my little micro-business will be back for year 15 in 2026! I even plan to have a paper schedule for June, July, and August so you and your dogs can “plan accordingly” to stock up.

A huge shout-out to Morningside Farm and Orchard & Greenhouses and Broken Fences Hobby Farm for dropping off a total of six dozen fresh eggs for my dog treats. There were only a few left over for me—just enough to enjoy an egg salad sandwich.

Based on the nearly empty dog treat container at home, I think it’s safe to say it’s definitely time to stock up! If my dog is running low, that means everyone else HAS to be VERY low too.

This is my only winter show with dog treats, so catch me at the Fort Atkinson Municipal Building on Saturday, December 6th from 9–3pm. I’ll be set up right next to my mom, , who will have jean jackets and small mosaics available.

A little late to the party, but I wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported my dog treat business this season. Your encouragement, your pups, your stories, and your continued loyalty mean the world to me.

I’m currently on a short hiatus as I shift gears to focus on my wool wearables business, SJWHandmade, through the end of the year—’tis the season for all things cozy.

Guess who I just met?! Gandalf the White… in dog form! This majestic pup made my market day even brighter. It looks like the weather is staying in our favor this weekend, so you know where to find me—out at the market! Stop by, say hello, and soak up all the good vibes.

One of the most common questions I get is… have you ever eaten your dog treats? The honest answer is no, I haven’t. But plenty of curious customers have tried them—and even a few other animals (rats, cats, and chinchillas) have happily enjoyed them too!

My treats are made with all-natural, locally sourced ingredients, so they’re safe and wholesome. Honestly, if they weren’t shaped like dog bones and you added a little jelly, they’d make a pretty great biscuit for people too!

Meet Flapjack, the ultimate Fort Farmers Market pup! Today he decided the best way to enjoy the market was to sprawl out on the ground and rest his paw right on my leg—claiming his spot as both loyal sidekick and official taste-tester. Being a dog at the market means soaking in all the smells, greeting friendly faces, and of course sneaking a treat or two. Thanks for keeping me company, Flapjack—you’ve got this market life figured out!
