Calming the chaos means saying “no” to things that are not a priority for you in this moment maybe some thing mattered previously or maybe it’s important to someone else but if it isn’t a priority in your life it’s OK to say “no”. When you say “no”, you make more room for the things you really care about.

The next time you’re asked to do something, check in with yourself About whether the request the lines with your current values and priorities. If it doesn’t, decline with kindness. You might be surprised at how freeing it is to say “no”.
