This painting is a bit of a sequel to a 2022 painting titled, “Here’s Your Paranoia”. Both have gotten very nice compliments and although the first painting is now in private collection, this one is currently available. Send a message or email for all details.

It’s been a highly productive time in the studio lately. Lots of good energy, lots of experimentation with techniques. It just feels like everything is going right. Happy Monday, all! Hope your week is exactly as you intend.

“Modern Debris” recently had it’s 10 year anniversary. It was created on a picnic table because that was the only space large enough for me to work on it. It stayed on our wall over our fireplace until 2022, when it finally had its first exhibition.

This my 2nd attempt at posting this.
Reference picture for a large piece on unstretched canvas. No orientation or size has been decided on, but a title has. That will be revealed later.
I’ve been listening exclusively to the ambient band, as I work on this painting. I find the music very conducive to creative effort, and it’s just brilliant music. Be sure to seek out their music and follow here on Insta. Updates on this work soon.

A reference picture for a large work in progress. Unstretched canvas, unsure of orientation and size right now.
I have decided on a title which will be revealed at a later time.
I’ve been listening exclusively to an ambient band called while working on this piece. I find their music to be incredible, I suggest you seek them out and follow here on insta. The music opens a portal to creative energy, I love these sessions.

This is one of about 5 or 6 works in progress that have been taking their own sweet time to emerge. Even though sessions are sporadic I feel positive. They’re taking a slow approach and I’m along for the ride.

Had a very nice time at the Robin Becic Gallery opening reception. Great big thank you to Robin for her impeccable curating and gracious hosting. Thanks also to all who came out, it was very nice to meet you all.
Just a reminder- this exhibition runs through December, so make plans to stop in. A 48 x 36” painting makes a great stocking stuffer! Gallery hours re at and you can also make an appointment to stop in. Who doesn’t love a private viewing, right?
