Not all employment barriers are visible. While some people face obstacles like transportation or education, many individuals encounter disability-related challenges that often go unaddressed. At VIP, we’ve made it our mission to shine a light on these barriers and create solutions that empower people to succeed. From job training to workplace support, we’re committed to building a more inclusive workforce where every person has the opportunity to reach their potential.

Did you know we partner with local businesses and organizations in our community?

We’re grateful to work alongside amazing groups like the The Salvation Army and the Swartz Creek Food Pantry. Together, we’re able to make a difference while helping our clients build valuable job skills and showing just how powerful community support can be.

We’re feeling incredibly grateful after such an amazing day at our VIP Swing Into Action Charity Golf Tournament.

To every golfer, sponsor, volunteer, donor, vendor, and supporter — thank you for showing up, supporting our mission, and helping make this event so special. Your generosity, kindness, and enthusiasm mean more than we can put into words.

In observance of Memorial Day, we will be closed on Monday, May 25th. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26th. We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful holiday weekend.
