**Addition update**
As we close out this project I am very happy with the turnout and finish. The room has a very calm feel and the views to outside still retain that 4 season feel. Clients are very happy with the final results and look forward enjoying their new addition.

**Taking a 4 season glass room and making it into a beautiful, bright addition**
This client wanted more usable space in their home so we said goodbye to the glass fish bowl. We are creating a space with plenty of views as you look out in any direction and also added plenty of skylights to let in more natural light from above. Now the room will be enjoyable know matter what season it is.

**Bathroom Reno for the Lady**
This client wanted to create a bathroom that wasn’t over the top but was timeless.

**UPDATE** Garage project *Foundation*
Foundation is in and out of the ground, concrete slab poured, footing drainage pipes installed and backfilled. Next we begin framing, interior ceiling height on this one is just over 12', 2x6 walls with truss roof. Framing update coming soon...

*Coming Soon* 40’ x 72’ garage
This garage will be be a traditional type build with frost walls and wood framing. Stay tuned for updates as we are excited to see this come together. Here are some site photos before we begin.

Here's a backyard currently under construction. We are creating a resort-like ambiance per our client's request. The design includes strategically placed lighting, a water feature with illumination, a raised fire pit seating area, an outdoor kitchen, a lounge area, a putting green, and fire features. **UPDATE**
Getting close to finish on this beautiful project. Some updates photos of the raised fire pit area. This area will feature a wood burning fire pit, textured patio pavers, landscape lighting and 2 columns that will have a fire bowl fire feature mounted on top. Can’t wait to see the finish on this one, it’s gonna be epic.
