These are the X-Treme ELECTRIC stand up Scooters that are great for the smaller kids. The frames are made of high tension steel. There are 2 models: The X-10 & X-140.

The X-10 comes with 100 watts, 2 - 12v maintenance free batteries, rear braking system with hand lever NOT foot brake, variable speed throttle on handle bars,smart charger that automatically turns off when charging is complete, 6" tires. 8 - 10 mph up to 5 miles per charge. This scooter is belt driven & easily folds up and does not have the seat kit. Suggested Max Weight is 150 lbs. **** The X-10 is not in the pictures I posted. The X-140 is the scooter to the far left, the X-10 is smaller.****
