Do not over exfoliate! Do not use a cleanser that exfoliates your skin every morning and night. It will cause all the below.

The main difference between the two is the depth that the needles are able to pe*****te into the skin. Nano-needling only punctures the first layer of the skin (epidermis) while micro-needling pe*****tes into the deep dermis.
