MBP RC Racing & Customs

Last night was the finally of the MSM RC Drag Racing - No Prep RTR List Racing summer series. I was able to finish in 3rd and Brayden was able to take 5th. Big thanks to Brandon Johnson, Mark Sta Maria, Bret Ayala, and Melissa Cantu for hosting and putting on the series.
Also congratulations to our 383 racing brother Torres Gee for fighting and taking the 10th spot. Stay tuned next series will be starting soon.

We had a great day of racing with all our friends and specially our 383 Racing crew at Speedzone RC’s “Shut Up and Race” event on Saturday. It was a hard fight with the awesome competition that was there. Brayden “Sleepy” and myself both made our personal best passes in the semi-finals with our eliminator cars but came up short to 2 amazing gentleman Marcus and Scott. Brayden finished up with runner-up in the Box Stock class with a slight tap of the wall in the finals. Congratulations to Darius on cutting an amazing light as always. I myself came up short in the finals of Pro-Stock X class against my 383 Racing brother Chris who edged me out at the line by .07 seconds. Thanks again everyone and look forward to the next one.

I also want to give a huge shout out to the Mckinney Fire and Rescue Service and all the racers for there quick response to help our good friend Larry Bird when the Texas heat got to be just a little to much. Glad Larry was all good and able to come see us later in the afternoon.

Man what a great weekend of racing at Thornhill Racing Circuit this past weekend for The Dirt Lonestar Challenge. We did not have the results we had hoped for and man we figured out that if it could break, it would break, but we did learn a lot and B got to race with some of the fastest drivers around. The track was awesome, super fast and technical. We will definitely be back next year. It was so cool to be able to watch the pros do this and see just how fast these “toy cars” can be. Brayden even got some signatures on his nitro buggy body from the Team Tekno drivers (Ryan Maifield, Jarred Wiggins, and Seth Van Dalen) Ryan Maifield even gave him his DNC winning nitro body signed (wall hangers for sure).
