Hampden-Sydney College’s Whitehouse Complex renovation included extensive concrete masonry unit (CMU) and brick veneer restoration, as well as a new CMU elevator shaft. We also modernized the building with new doors and windows with precast sills for a polished finish. New exterior stairs showcase a beautiful brick veneer.

Have you heard about The Barn at Pine View? The venue is a brand-new climate-controlled timber frame barn that is over 9,000 square feet and seats 300+ people inside! We recently finished work on the CMU foundation and chimney structure with natural stone chimney veneer.

Looking for a weekend activity? We constructed the entrance to the Rosie's Gaming and Colonial Downs racetrack along with a CMU foundation and brick veneer with precast concrete accents.

Racing takes place every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from July 13 to September 9 with a post time of 1:30 PM.
