Chippokes State Park Historic River House restoration well underway. Masonry repairs and repointing completed new cedar shake roof installed completing fabrication of new siding. Next week we will begin all siding and exterior wood repairs followed by painting completion pictures hopefully in the next few weeks.

After nearly a year of custom millwork replicating and fabricating historical lumber profiles to match existing structure we have closed out the primary timber construction and rebuild of the women's and men's bath houses located at the Jefferson pools in warm springs Virginia. Glad we had the opportunity to work with the Omni homestead as we close this project out we will be starting a new Mass timber framed pavilion for the Omni soon.

Extremely hard push from the guys, some long days we left from our shop in the dark and we set the last beam in the dark. Another one behind us on to the next.

The guys are doing a great job fighting through site conditions with several steel columns out of alignment fortunately we are able to make field adjustments all while fighting the rain. Few more days and we should be wrapped up.

Goin' to Carolina! The last of the timbers are finally on their way to their forever home! This job has had the shop filled corner to corner, and it's exciting to accompany them to Lake City for installation. Updates to follow!
