Hiring Full Time Groundskeeper for unique property in Farmington, New Mexico.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Sprinkler repair and maintenance, mowing, trimming, leaf removal, tree and bush trimming and pruning.

Location is Farmington, New Mexico.

Job description:

Employment: Year-round
Location: Single property

Job Duties:

Mowing lawns
Maintaining well water supplied sprinkler systems
Maintaining city water supplied sprinkler systems
W**d pulling and general yard cleanup
Leaf blowing and debris removal
Snow removal during winter months
Loading and moving firewood
General outdoor labor and property maintenance
Occasional miscellaneous labor tasks

Requirements:

Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry heavy items
Comfortable working on ladders
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Experience with basic landscaping tools preferred
Valid Driver's License
Experience pulling a trailer
Familiar with well pumps
Familiar with sprinkler systems - valve repair and Maintenance
