-significant wage increases
-increased PTO accrual
-increased holiday pay

Contract Win!

The workers at Still River Wellness in Torrington secured a two- year contract with an increase of six paid days off, significant wage increases, an increase in the employee discount, and access to union health insurance.

Dispensary staff @ Fine Fettle in Willimantic voted to form their union with the UFCW last week & are now negotiating their first union contract to make sure their job *works* for them!
