Photos aren’t the best, but just finished up this small trim job for a happy client. The job was partially done by others so I came in to finish it up. Casing for 6 doors and about 80 lf of base moulding, caulked and ready for paint.

Another happy client with a brand new bathroom!

Bathroom vanity mirror + custom wall sconce installation by ENJAY IMPROVEMENTS

→ Our client purchased an metal cage industrial wall sconce for her bathroom from but disliked how clunky and large the fixture was upon arrival. We loved the lines of the original base, so we completed the install and then replaced the caged light shades with repurposed mason jars. The total cost of material for this sconce was $45 (which includes the original purchase price). This light fixture cost 50% less than the *cheapest available* retail models.

→ For this client, we built and installed an adjustable tiered shelf, top and bottom shelves, and a clothing rod to maximize the space in her closet. We also updated these bi-fold doors with a fresh coat of paint and black fixtures.

We 🤍 Home Reno! We breathed life and dimension into this master bedroom with a carefully selected color scheme and accents.

→ Our client wanted to maximize the natural light of her space with an all-white theme while avoiding a harsh, stagnant or sterilized feel. We painted the windowed-walls (2/4) with Sedate Gray to mimic the natural shading within this space, pull out some warm undertones from the laminate, and allow the client’s white decor pieces to pop. We painted the window-facing walls (2/4) pure white to maximize the amount of light reflected back within the space.
