Barry brings a deep background across real estate, banking, and investment management. In his role, Barry will focus on sourcing and executing acquisition opportunities for Sterling Multifamily Trust.

In this role, Jessica will lead project assessment and ex*****on for capital projects within our Minneapolis portfolio.

Jessica is excited to join Sterling Management and looks forward to contributing her expertise, energy, and passion for supporting people, teams, and communities.

She brings more than 20 years of multifamily housing experience, with a strong background in maintenance operations, insurance claims, and large‑scale project management. Her career is rooted in hands‑on leadership, problem-solving, and clear communication.

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Levi Jordheim to Regional Manager – Commercial Portfolio!

Levi joined Sterling in March 2019 as a Commercial Analyst, and since then, he has steadily expanded his impact across our commercial portfolio. Throughout his time with our organization, Levi has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, excellent customer service, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. His deep understanding of our commercial operations—paired with his proven track record—has been a tremendous asset to Sterling. We are confident that his expertise and leadership style will continue to drive success and innovation in this expanded role.

Sterling Multifamily Properties, LLLP, successfully acquired Stonebridge Apartments in Fargo, North Dakota.

Constructed between 1998-2000, Stonebridge Apartments is comprised of 246 units spread across five apartment buildings, and includes a community room, fitness center, and underground parking.

Celebrating Women in Construction Week

This week, we recognize Women in Construction Week and celebrate the talented women whose leadership, expertise, and dedication strengthen our construction teams and our organization.

We are proud to highlight Catie Godfredsen, Vice President of Construction, and Heather McCord, Director of Construction, whose work has a meaningful impact across our portfolios and communities.

Catie Godfredsen provides strategic leadership across complex construction initiatives, setting a high standard for quality, accountability, and ex*****on. Her ability to balance long-term planning with day-to-day problem solving ensures our projects deliver lasting value while supporting operational excellence.

Heather McCord plays a critical role in translating plans into results. Her attention to detail, collaboration with operations, and commitment to quality help ensure projects are delivered with consistency, reliability, and pride in the communities we serve.

Construction is a demanding and high-impact field. During Women in Construction Week, we recognize and appreciate the leadership, resilience, and professionalism that Catie and Heather bring to their work every day. Their contributions not only shape our buildings, but also strengthen our teams and culture.

The Summit brought our teams together to connect, celebrate wins, and invest in their growth. From breakout sessions and leadership insights to recognition moments and a lot of laughter in between, it was a powerful reminder of what happens when we step away from the day-to-day and focus on learning and each other.

On December 17, 2025, the Board of Trustees of Sterling Office and Industrial Trust (SOIT) approved the acquisition of Tracks Industrial, a 202,500 square foot industrial warehouse and logistics facility in West Fargo, North Dakota.

This property was constructed in 2020, conveniently located on Main Avenue with close proximity to I-94 and I-29, and is fully leased to a single tenant, Ryder Integrated Logistics
