EngageU was founded in the Spring of 2012 by North Dakota State University Visual Arts Professor Michael J.
Based at NDSU Visual Arts, engageU combines faculty interest in social practice, student activists and community members to utilize creative strategies to enhance the well - being of the Fargo - Moorhead Community and beyond. paveMEANT City streets are getting creative and exploring new possibilities - we believe that streets are urban arteries feeding the city. PaveMEANT looks to open a dialogue reflecting on the purpose and function of streets. The project will use a large scale street mural as the catalyst for the conversation.
