Well, I am now a ceritified John Maxwell Team speaker, trainer, and coach. Lots of ideas going through my head. Journey is just beginning. I decided to join the mentorship program and hope to come back to Florida next August for a "think tank" and further training.

So excited to learn from John Maxwell in person and go to his home in 10 days!

Had a great time presenting some leadership thoughts at the Kiwanis club today. Thankful for my friends Bruce Harner and Brenda Podetz who joined me.

US Navy Admiral Vern Clark had 4 books he recommended every Naval officer read. One of the four was John C. Maxwell's "21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership." I am blessed to have 12 years of learning from and leading training sessions on this book. I am now offering this class to the FM business community.

I'm speaking at the Rough Rider Kiwanis meeting on Monday. Planning on giving attendees a few things to think about: What is your growth plan? For those who are in management/ownership roles, what are you doing to add value to your employees?
