Lovely sunny slope in Southern California filled with Grevillea, Leucodendron and Leucospermum. All seem to be thriving well together and providing lots of nectar for the hummingbirds. plants African Plants tolerant gardens Diego Gardens

Love the soft color palette of blues, silvers and yellow with the dark Leucadendron ‘Ebony’ in the background.
New varieties of plants are always appearing and it’s fun to experiment and see which ones make good color or textural companions.

These young variegated Fucraea’s behind the red Euphorbias will grow to be 3-4’ tall. Great statement plants that look like Agaves but without the sharp edges !

I get the opportunity to work on many different scales of project from small backyards to large properties on acreage. Each one is unique with different considerations, budgets and plant palettes. Always learning, incorporating new materials and hopefully creating beautiful spaces that are as unique as the clients themselves!

When you’re in a neighborhood and drive by a yard that looks familiar!
I think this one was installed 5-6 years ago, nice to see it thriving and loving how the Pachypodium mirrors the curve of the window. Must have planned that 🤔.
