Every Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM PST, this coaching offer is for students thinking about entering the welding trade and for those already in the welding industry who want to fine-tune or further navigate their path. Whether you’re just getting started, looking to advance your skills, or trying to build a high-paying, rewarding career that doesn’t have to follow the traditional path, I’m here to help. Simply email me through my website with your phone number, and I’ll personally call you and spend up to 15 minutes per week answering your specific welding career questions.

I bring 27 years of experience in my industrial welding career including roles as a Certified Welder, Certified Welding Inspector, Welding Educator, Welding Business Owner, and degreed Welding Engineer. I’m deeply passionate about this trade and about helping others find clarity, direction, and confidence in their path. My mission is to help the next generation—and those already in the field—discover the most efficient, fulfilling, and well-paying path in the wonderful world of welding!

If your child likes working with their hands and isn't sure what career path to take after high school, I suggest exploring the world of welding. Let them consider a technical certificate in a trade versus choosing a random major at a university. According to https://weldingworkforcedata.com, the Return on Investment for a welder's education is almost DOUBLE that of the average university student. I can speak from experience, I have been both a certified welder and a degreed engineer, and I highly recommend considering both.
