The importance of predictability and it's ability to heal.
When walking through life with someone with a trauma history, one of the best things we can do is to be predictable. The more we can predict and follow through on, the more they can reduce their anxiety and connect. As they connect with you, you open the pathways for healing. It's not in your words, it's in your presence that others heal.
