🤬🤬🤬DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!! If I could give them negative stars, I would! Let me explain.. I bought an expensive Groupon and when I called to schedule this 3 hour spa day, they only scheduled me for 1 part of the 3 that was included. It was a birthday present for my mom that was in from out of town from Florida. When they confirmed me the day before, that is when I found this out. I tried to reason with them and asked if we could have a double massage time since they couldn't add out 60 min facials. They said no and instead they offered me hot stones and a foot scrub in addition to the massage and sauna. Considering my mom was only in town for the weekend, I had no choice but to accept this. We arrived 20 minutes early and were greeted by rude receptionists. We filled out our paperwork and sat there waiting for 25 minutes. They didn't offer us anything in the meantime while we were waiting and no apology for their screw-ups. They finally brought us back at 5:20 when our massages were supposed to start at 5pm! They put me and my mom in the same room, when I specifically requested our own rooms! We filled out our intake forms and specifically noted areas that we did and didn't want massaged, yet they asked us this in the room so they clearly didn't read our forms, so what was the point in filling them out??? I asked the therapists about the hot stones and foot scrub and they had no idea about this, so they left the room and were gone about 7 minutes. They came back and then told us that one of the therapists wasn't certified in hot stones so that wasn't possible and there wasn't any other therapist available to do them. They finally started the massages at 5:30. At 5:47 they put the scrubs on our feet and then took 10 minutes to wipe it off with hot towels. At 6pm, they said, that was the end of your service, hope u enjoyed!! Are u kidding me????? So we had 15 minutes of a massage and 3 minutes wiping sugar on our feet, and 10 minutes wiping it off!! What a disaster!! On top of that, the therapists didn't focus on the areas that we requested in person and on the forms! I wrote on my form in huge letters, NO DIGGING WITH YOUR ELBOWS, and what did he do 50% of the time???? Then we were about to get dressed and the lady knocked on the door asking us if we then wanted robes, so we put robes on and had to carry all of our clothes, coats, shoes, and purses with us down the hall to the sauna. They handed us cups that had an inch of water in them for a 45 min time in the sauna... Aren't u supposed to drink ALOT of water after a massage, let alone when you're in a burning hot sauna??? We both felt like we were going to pass out and left the sauna after 30 minutes because we had no water to drink. When we got out, we went up front to explain our experience and how disappointed we were. The girl was not apologetic and even asked us if we wanted to leave gratuity for our therapists!!!! She took my name and number and promised that the manager would get back to us to make it right within 24 hours. Its been 5 days and no one has gotten back to us!! That being said, we will never be back and I will make sure to tell all of my friends, family, and clients NEVER to go to this place!! What a NIGHTMARE!!
