The Learning Technology Specialist provides ongoing support to TRG’s client work by bringing core skills and knowledge of technology to support learning, knowledge management and collaboration to a variety of clients. Specifically, the Learning Technology Specialist brings experience with the design and development of multimedia, graphics, interactive websites, and online learning (both synchronous and asynchronous) that are developed with the client’s needs and user experience in mind. The Learning Technology Specialist works with both internal and external clients to identify learning needs and based on those needs choose the best mix of interventions to achieve results.

Jered Borup is an Associate Professor at Division of Learning Technologies at George Mason University. In his current position, he is the Co-Academic Program Coordinator of the Learning Technologies in Schools Masters and Certificate programs that are devoted to improving teacher practices in online and blended learning environments. He is a leading researcher in the field of K-12 online and blended learning and has published the free online book, “K-12 Blended Teaching: A Guide to Personalized Learning and Online Integration.”
