Using one application, School of Business students can apply for a variety of university and School of Business scholarships. Both need-based and merit-based scholarships are awarded by the School of Business, and the funds are credited to the student’s account in late summer.

Favorite course: "MKTG 315: Social Media Strategy impacted me the most because it made me fall in love with my major more. The class was really fun and one of our weekly assignments involved using Twitter!"

Favorite Mason tradition: "My favorite Mason tradition is attending the Black Excellence Gala. This is one of the most impactful events held at George Mason University and it’s always a memorable experience."
After graduation Bryantè plans to find a job in the digital marketing space and start her own business.

Program: Finance and Management Information Systems
Favorite course: "The class that impacted me the most was Finance 341 - Introduction to Firm Valuation. In this class, we learned different financial modeling techniques such as discounted cash flow model, financial statement analysis, market comps, etc., and I was able to also apply these for the project I was doing for my internship. The assignments and projects in this class, as well as Dr. Pilloff's lectures, were extremely helpful."
Mason experience in three words: Grateful, Vibrant, and Far-reaching
Favorite Mason tradition: "Mason Day - I find tradition particularly attractive as I grew up in a city that was quite crowded and Mason Day seems to be one of those events that attracts a [big] crowd. Likewise, since it takes place towards the end of the semester, it is a nice mood fresher to go out with your peers and have a good time." 🎡
After graduation Saurab will be continuing to work at his internship site for the summer before joining KPMG as a financial solutions advisor in August.

Favorite course: "I was impacted the most by Strategic Management. It helped me understand the critical business skills that is needed in planning and managing strategic activities. In addition to understanding the complexity of multifunctional organizational issues."

After graduation Hani will be establishing an interior design company to implement everything he learned throughout his MBA degree.

Favorite course: "My taxation class has taught me to expand my career aspirations and strengths outside of the classroom. Tax isn't just about number-crunching or figuring how much an individual owes on their taxes. While knowledge gained from class serves a solid foundation, experience is gained through hands-on learning, a level of interest, and finding more about yourself."

Favorite Mason tradition: "My favorite Mason tradition would be joining student organizations that are welcoming and inclusive. They are a great way to expand my network and build life-long friendships."
After graduation Marco will be returning to CLA in Arlington, Virginia this summer as a new associate for their federal government group.
