Sometimes we need to do our hair and makeup like we goin’ somewhere {insert Lizzo song}. Then your teen side eyes you and says “why did you do your makeup like that[insert valley girl accent].” 😒

COVID has taken my mental state for a RIDE. There have been days , months?where I didn’t get out of my pj’s and didn’t wash my hair for days- I SEE YOU. I’d catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and feel so disgusted. I’ve straight up gained 40+lbs of wine weight.
What I’m trying to say is this picture makes me feel like I’m in there somewhere! Like a BOSS.

About a month ago we came home to a busted pipe under our slab. After re-routing some pipes and two weeks of dry wall repairs life may actually go back to “normal” soon around here.
