American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM)
During this week, we encouraged our team, residents, families, and volunteers to say “Thank You” and honor Gardenview Manor Administrator, Val Tischler, who already contributes so much to her long-term care community. To become an Administrator takes commitment and dedication. She has undergone a rigorous internship, followed by state exams. Upon becoming an Administrator, she continues life-long learning to provide the best care possible in every situation.
It's important to Val to deliver a great patient experience while maintaining a sense of community within her home. She is committed to advancing quality at Gardenview Manor and leads her new team in caring for our most vulnerable and cherished population.
Thank you, Val, for your commitment and dedication; we appreciate you today and every day!
