What exactly is the freeze/thaw effect? 🤔

In the colder months, when water gets into the cracks of your masonry, it'll freeze and expand. When it thaws, it allows more room for water to get in and do more damage. This process will continue until your masonry will eventually need to be rebuilt, which can cost A LOT of money!
