Breathing in to arrive and hold on a bit and then exhaling to release and let go. Find that balance.

At Noon, we'll kick things off with an all-level yoga class, perfect for those looking to stretch, strengthen, and find balance in their practice.

Following that, at 6:00 PM, we have a 45-minute mindfulness meditation session focused on cultivating self-compassion, providing an opportunity for inner reflection and nurturing.

And to wrap up our day, at 7:45 PM, join us for a Yoga Nidra session. Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," offers deep relaxation and stress relief through guided meditation, promoting profound relaxation and mental clarity.

💙 In honor of Martin Luther King Day, I'm offering a calming yoga practice today at Noon and would love for you to join me.

Let's come together to find peace and reflect on the words of Martin Luther King Jr. who once said, "Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”

In the spirit of these powerful words, let's cultivate a sense of inner peace and unity through yoga. The session will be a soothing blend of poses and mindfulness to promote relaxation and reflection.

Discover the power of mindfulness in the midst of your everyday activities, and learn how to bring a sense of calm and presence to each moment. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, "Everyday Mindfulness" is tailored to suit all levels.

Join us for a rejuvenating Gentle Yoga Class on Zoom tomorrow, Saturday, Sept 9 at 9 AM.

Yoga is a great way to start your day with mindfulness and relaxation. We begin with a moment to arrive and set our intention for the practice, followed by gentle stretches and yoga postures. (40 min) Our class will complete with an 7-10 min guided Mindfulness Meditation.

​This class is open to all levels of experience. Please have a block, small pillow and a strap for class.
