Classic Beef Burgers with Cauliflower Buns On a Keto diet? Here is a great way ro enjoy you holiday weekend and not get too far off track. Ingredients Ingredient Checklist ½ cup chopped onion 1 tablespoon canola oil plus 1 teaspoon, divided 2 tablespoons ketchup, divided 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 teaspoons dill pickle relish 1 teaspoon white vinegar 1 pound lean ground beef 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce ½ teaspoon ground pepper 4 slices tomato 4 leaves green-leaf lettuce 4 Cauliflower Buns Directions Step 1 Combine onion, 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon ketchup in a small saucepan. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the onion is softened, 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer to a medium bowl.
