The Building is having a sewer issue along (under) Main Street. The City has shut the building down due to this issue. The Landlord is actively working on resolving this issue with city. This is all the information we have at this time. Lets hope to be back open tomorrow!
Update: The line has been cleared but there is a damaged pipe due to tree routes under Main St. The landlord is working diligently with the city and contractors as we get more information I will continue to keep everyone updated

Good morning,
The sewer at Main Street has clogged again. We are working with a professional plumbing company to assess the issue. As we work with the plumbers and the city to find the cause of this issue, the building must be shut down by the City. It may require a delay beyond today if there is a damaged sewer pipe in the street.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We would like to congratulate two of our outstanding members of Exurb Waldorf (Kiresten & Rachel) for a great 2022 Girls Varsity Lacrosse season, playing for North Point High School.
Both girls scored dozens of goals and won 7 games along with their amazing team and coaching staff.
You may often see these two ladies in the gym putting in extra work for physical conditioning, flexibility and stamina, in the off season.
We should all take a page from their book and be more like them. Dedicated to fitness, doing work that is not required of them, knowing the benefits they will gain.

Cilantro Lime Shrimp, on the grill or in your oven you will love eating this keto friendly choice.
Ingredients
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1-1/2 teaspoons grated lime zest
1/3 cup lime juice
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound uncooked shrimp (16-20 per pound), peeled and deveined
Lime slices
Directions
Mix first 9 ingredients; toss with shrimp. Let stand 15 minutes.
Thread shrimp and lime slices onto 4 metal or soaked wooden skewers. Grill, covered, over medium heat until shrimp turn pink, 2-4 minutes per side.

Waiting on the perfect time or opportunity will not deliver great results.

Keto deviled eggs are about as easy and basic of an appetizer as it gets
Ingredients:
BACON AND CHIVE
6 large hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp mustard
3 tsp chopped bacon
3 tsp chives
1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Peel 6 hard boiled eggs and cut in half.
Pop out yolk from all halves into a separate bowl and mash.
Select filling from below.
Scope some of yolk mixture into each hole of the egg white.
Eat immediately or store in fridge. Enjoy!
BACON AND CHIVE DEVILED EGGS
For Filling โ Add mayo, mustard salt and pepper and combine well. Fold in bacon and chives.
Garnish with piece of bacon and chives.

Sometimes we feel like we aren't getting where we want to be.

We love these Philly Cheesesteak wraps.
They are low card and perfect for ones on Keto.
Give the a try and let un know what you think.
Ingredients:
4 Almost Zero Carb Wraps
8 oz thinly sliced left over steak or deli roast beef
1 medium green bell pepper cut into strips
4 oz sliced button mushrooms
1/2 small onion, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 slices Provolone cheese
Instructions:
Place a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Slice the bell pepper and onion. Set aside.
Over medium heat, saute the onions for 1-2 minutes until they begin to soften. Add the mushrooms and stir to coat them with the butter. Let them cook for 2 minutes on one side, then stir. Add the peppers, mixing thoroughly. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the heat and add the steak or roast beef and Worcestershire sauce โ off heat , then stir to heat through. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Remove the Philly steak mixture from the pan.
Heat 2 wraps in the pan. Add 1/4 of the cheese steak mixture to each wrap and top each with a slice of cheese. Cover with a lid or foil for 1 minute. If the cheese hasn't melted, drizzle 1 tablespoon of water into the pan and cover to steam for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Fold them over and serve. Repeat the procedure with the remaining two wraps and remaining ingredients
Just wanted to make this โformer memberโ a little famous for stealing a drink. This hurts us. We want to continue to add and replace equipment and this makes it that much harder. Our drink policy for after hours is on the honor system. Clearly this now former member has none. Appreciate everyone that has been doing it right!

Keto Korean Short Ribs are fall apart tender beef with a ginger garlic sauce. This Keto dinner is so easy and can be done in the instant pot or slow cooker. Easy enough for special occasions or a weeknight meal.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup keto-friendly sweeteners like erythritol (I like Monkfruit)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
5 pounds beef short ribs (bone-in or boneless), cut into 2" pieces
1 1/2 teaspoons xanthum gum
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
INSTANT POT INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, erythritol, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and red pepper flakes, if using.
Place ribs into Instant Pot. Pour soy sauce mixture over ribs.
Place Instant Pot lid on and seal. Cook on high pressure for 65 minutes. Ribs are done when meat is fork tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together xanthum gum and 1/4 cup cold water. Stir in mixture into the instant pot. Change Instant Pot mode to Sautee and cook for 2-3 minutes or until mixture thickens.
Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
