Days 9-14

Day 8. Scrolling on social media before getting in seems to make it more difficult to get in…I’m wondering if it’s just a coincidence. I’ll try just jumping right in tomorrow.

Day 7. Super did not want to turn it cold. Definitely stalled before getting in.

Day 6. In yesterday’s session I learned that standing still made it less uncomfortable. That defeats the purpose so I constantly moved to maximize the discomfort. Fun stuff.

Day 5

Stayed up late last night working on a few things, so it made this one a little more difficult. Day 4 done. Lesson learned from last night…be a better student.

Jenny’s been encouraging me to go back to cold showers every morning, so I’m trying it out again. My goal is to hit 30 days in a row. Today was day 3. I’m using this toner as a way to mediate w my progress and to make sure I’m not bitching out after 5 seconds.
