As we close out each year, we make sure to take the time to reflect on milestones, reward achievements, and set goals for the new year.

Last Friday, we held our annual end-of-year meeting at DESTIHL Brewery & Beer Hall. We are immensely proud of our employees and their ongoing commitment to serving each of their communities. It's always a good day when everyone is under the same roof!

A special thank you to our wonderful customers; none of this would be possible without your loyalty and support.

We've had a fantastic year and are excited to see what's in store for 2023!

On Saturday, we were able to get together for our annual Christmas Party. It was a great evening spent celebrating another year of teamwork, growth, and success with our amazing employees. Thank you to everyone who was able to join us, and to our Executive Committee for organizing such a lovely evening!

It's that time of year again! Open enrollment for Individual/Family Health Insurance plans runs from November 1st - January 15th.
87% of the people who applied in 2021 received a federal subsidy to help offset the cost of health insurance. Any person/family who is not offered health insurance through work has a very good chance of qualifying.

Have you prepared your home for the upcoming winter season? Here are some tips for winterizing your home:
- Clean out the gutters
- Seal gaps around doors and windows
- Inspect your roof
- Seal your driveways and walkways
- Shut off and drain your outside faucets
- Have your chimney swept
- Trim your trees

⚠️ ⚠️ GPS EQUIPMENT THEFTS ⚠️⚠️

As we shared earlier, there have been multiples reports of gps equipment thefts from tractors and combines in our area over the past few days. Here are a few suggestions from our Integrated Solutions Team on what you can do to protect your equipment.

•We recommended removing your gps equipment (including displays inside cabs) and taking them home at night. Unfortunately they have been able to get into the locked equipment so we would also remove anything of value from your cabs.

•Take pictures and write down your serial numbers for all your gps equipment.

•And lastly, make sure all of your gps equipment is listed under your insurance policy.

We know harvest is stressful enough without this and hope to see an end to it soon!
