Hi Everyone! Thank you, for your patience. Had I known that permits, construction, and inspections would be so time-consuming, I never would have started advertising in January.

But for those of you who have asked me, "When is the store going to open," it will be opening in June 100%!. I am praying that the inspections will go well in the next two weeks, so we can be open by the second week in June.

Here are some pictures of the renovations. The hood went up this week, and after some electrical work and inspections, the walls will be up and painted.

I am so happy to have you join my page. Small business ownership is such a journey and I thank you for taking it with me. We are still on track for a Spring 2024 opening and I cannot wait to announce the opening.

Today on National Popcorn Day, I am happy to announce that Dr. Auntie's Gourmet Popcorn will be coming to Mercer County, NJ! While our Grand Opening will take place around May, 2024, you can check out our website for a list of flavors that will be available. Once the new website is launched, you will have an opportunity to participate in polls on the flavors that will be offered first in this lineup.

Anyone signing up for the Popcorn Pal Loyalty Program, will be invited to participate in a Taste Testing Event before the Grand Opening. You can email [email protected] for more information. This has been a labor of love.

I promise you that your tastebuds will love you. In addition to popcorn, we will sell fresh baked cookies, and a fun variety of sodas and frozen drinks to start. In the coming months, we will add Fresh fudge or chocolates into the mix.

The store will be located in the Marrazzo Shopping Center, "Serenity Plaza" at 1400 Parkway Avenue, Ewing NJ. Marquee and coming soon signs will be posted soon. Regular updates will be sent to those signing up for the Popcorn Pals Program (coming soon).
