We made one small change, looked away for a minute, and this happened. We totally bunggled these bolts, but good thing we bought extra! Make sure to factor in the height of your bolts when setting tool offsets. Thankfully the tool is fine, the collet nut looks a bit gnarly.

We have fungus!!!! We decided to test our coolant to make sure everything is going smoothly. Turns out we have a tiny bit of fungus! No clue if it's at concerning levels (let us know), but it is interesting. The nerds in us enjoy the data.

We're back at it! We had a wonderful vacation with family and are ready to get back to . This is our first time milling stainless steel 316. It's been a fun learning experience where we can take our time and make adjustments as we go. It's been fun starting this week off working on a new material!
