Last week the Massachusetts society for the prevention of cruelty to animals hosted an event at the beautiful state house for advocates from all over the state to learn protection bills and meet with their legislators! Incredible people being a voice for the precious voiceless

Some of the bills brought forward for action include the following:

1)S. 1022/H. 1559: An Act to maintain stable housing for families with pets

2)H. 1476: An Act to codify pet-friendly elderly housing policies and ensure pet parity across housing authorities

3)Banning the retail sale of certain animals in pet shops

4)S. 1206/H. 1817: An Act standardizing consideration of pets in divorce and separation

5)S. 551/H. 990: An Act prohibiting the sale of newly farmed fur products

Helping innocent lives brings a deep sense of fulfillment. Please considering looking into your states laws and helping shelters nearby

Please take a moment to mourn Amy the loss of an incredible friend, mom, successful business lady and hands down the kindest most sweetest soul I was lucky to have walk into the coffee shop I worked at with her softest - cutest pug Winston in downtown Mesa. We gained a bond and she had supported my photography so much so that she hired me to be apart of a special day filled with loved ones. Let’s remember her smile and follow her footsteps of being kind.

My heart is so broken and hate saying life is unfair but it shouldn’t have been you. Rest in power
