NEED TECH ASAP for IMMEDIATE WORK July 6 through 20th - Cabling tech but will consider training Tech Apprentice – $25 starting –$35/hr if you have some relevant experience and can prove yourself after 2 week trial job. (Seattle)
I'm hiring 1 reliable, growth-minded tech apprentice or installer IMMEDIATELY to assist on structured cabling and network upgrade jobs throughout the PNW. Two large jobs are scheduled for July 6–20 in Seattle and Tukwila, and I need someone ready to hit the ground running. 8-12 hour days 6 days per week on this project, one day off between. This will be your trial run if selected.

🛠️ Job Details:
Swapping out wireless access points in large retail stores
Hands-on field training provided
Starter tools supplied (you’ll build your own kit over time)
Trial period: July 6–20 — prove yourself and we’ll keep building
Weekly pay available at first; may shift to biweekly once workflow is steady
Travel is always compensated for any job requiring more than 1 hour of travel

Have basic cabling experience (pulling, terminating, punch downs in commercial settings)
Understand basic networking and equipment setup
Are self-responsible, teachable, and resourceful (bonus if you use AI to solve problems)
Are clean from drugs and don’t let weekend habits wreck your Mondays
Have a strong commitment to personal growth (mental, physical, and spiritual)
Have weekday availability and are able to travel anywhere in the PNW, including Eastern WA
Have reliable transportation
💵 Pay:
$25/hr for trainees with high potential but limited experience
$30–$35/hr if you already have structured cabling or network install experience
Travel pay for all jobs requiring over 1 hour travel
Paid weekly to start if you prefer

Misc installs from this year

Automated package locker expansion install.

Installed 1/2" EMT from junction boxes near cameras to ceiling locations for 2 WAP points. Required 3 bends.
Ran new 2 new cat6 cables from network rack through EMT to WAP locations.
Clean WAP install if I don't say so myself.

Replaced old analog PTZ camera with a digital one for a client. Replaced weatherhead and old brittle flex conduit with a weatherproof jbox and new flex conduit.
