Have you heard of the EWG’s Dirty Dozen™ and Clean Fifteen™?

Each year, the Environmental Working Group reviews USDA produce testing data and shares two helpful shopping lists: the Dirty Dozen, which highlights conventionally grown produce with higher pesticide residues, and the Clean Fifteen, which highlights produce with lower residues.

This isn’t about fear — it’s about making informed choices.

A simple way to use the lists:

Choose organic when you can for Dirty Dozen items.

Save money by buying conventional Clean Fifteen options.

These tests are done after produce has been washed and peeled, as it would typically be prepared at home.

Small choices add up. 🌿

I will post the list in the comments so you can save it and refer back when shopping! 💚
