We would like to say a huge Thqnk You to the Citrus Grove Cafe in Eustis for letting us have an amazing Brunch. The children placed their own orders. They sat patiently having great conversations with each other. They used their best table manners while eating their meals. They were excited to get to take their drinks to the park.
If you are looking from Breakfast or Lunch their food is amazing the children ate all their food.

A HUGE thank you to all our parents and for the delicious lunch and gift cards for all of our teachers yesterday! We feel so loved and appreciated. 🤗 The food was absolutely delicious - we highly recommend La Perla Tapatia! 🇲🇽🌮🌯🫔

Our 7th and 8th grade students had the opportunity to participate in the Montessori Model United Nations conference in New York last week (we beat the blizzard!). Students worked with delegates from around the world to create resolutions to world problems. Congratulations, Middle School Delegates!

Are you looking for innovative instruction for your child? Do you want to learn how we blend community and academics? Have you just been curious as to what we do? If you answered yes to any or all of these questions-we have the event for you!
Tonight’s Open House is an opportunity for families to tour and learn more about our program. We hope to see you there tonight from 6-7 pm!

The community is our classroom and community is everyone’s responsibility. Modern Schoolhouse actively partners with local government to build educational experiences and empower students to be agents of change in their communities. Our middle school students governed the City of Eustis last week while participating in a top notch simulation of a commission meeting!

Our upper elementary students participated in a Mobility Walk with the Department of Transportation. We learned about sustainable transportation options such as bicycling and carpooling. Students will use the distributed bus route and county maps in this week’s geography lessons. (2024)
