Again I have to give Mississippi Solar a 5 Star review. My generator went out Thursday night, we think due to a lightening strike that was about 500 ft from the generator on my property.

As it was very late at night that the Southern Pine repairman, cudos to them for sending some one so fast when I reported I thought my electric was out, came and we discovered I had electricity, but the generator was just running.

So, I pulled up Virginia's number with plans to call first thing Friday morning. But, before I had even turned off my alarm and gotten out of bed I had a phone call from Matt the Service Manager, my generator had shown up on a report that he gets on his phone. After telling him what had happened, he said he would be out to check it out on Friday.

He got there, and immediately went to work. Discovering blown fuses, but that didn't correct the problem. I will not go into everything he did, but he kept at it until he found the problem, but could not correct it as the part he had in his truck was defective as well. He said would be in touch with me on Monday and advise when he or someone else would be out to complete repairs.

Sure enough he sent me a text this morning saying it would be Tuesday before he could get some one to me. I said fine. Then later I got a text saying that a Tech, Matt, was on his way to my home. Fortunately, I had just got of work and was headed home as well.

Matt, the Tech, showed up was pleasant and worked efficiently replacing the part and then the moment of truth, he cut off my electricity and the generator came on and when turned off after a cool down period went off. So I'm back in business.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with this company and its employees. The are all efficient, polite, well educated regarding the product and do not hesitate to make a phone call if they feel they need to speak with someone with more experience. Their aim is to please me and you the customer and get us up and running as quickly as possible. God bless you all and continued success!!

Their techs are fantastic. Came to install mine and it rained, they had to stop. I expected a call on Monday as to when they would be back out to finish, came home from work and found them there finishing up installing the generator. They could not activate as propane was not going to be available until Thursday. Notified them when propane wasin and connected and they came right out and activated the generator. Thank you for a job well done, even though it had to be split into several different days. Attachedis a picture of the set up aftermy privacy fence was installed this weekend.
