Fun little pergola project we did the last couple days. Lumber is still raw, but the client requested to do the staining herself. Should really pop once she gets a stain on it.

Firewall built, rough electrical in, rough plumbing, rough mechanical and all wall insulation done. Almost to the home stretch on this fire restoration job.

Second story trusses rolled and braced. Straight as an 🏹

Pretty good first push on this duplex fire restoration job. New windows and fires installed. Lower roof trusses rolled and decked, and a good amount of the siding replaced. Good first step but a lot more to get this thing livable again
