"We pulled into our campsite and our Lippert slide would not open correctly-got bound up and then would not go back in- on our 2022 Winnebago Navion. We called Cole- and he had a tech on site in 30 minutes-he arrived about 30 minutes later. They quickly ran a quick diagnosis on the slide control board-allowing the failure codes to be displayed on the led's- and then cleared them- getting our slide working in less than 90 minutes! He and his staff are prompt, very courteous, and he did NOT gouge us big bucks even though it was a late day emergency service call!! We are so thrilled to discover this competent, intelligent and above all, HONEST mobile tech service- and we highly, highly recommend Ibex Mobile Rv wholeheartedly! What a breathe of fresh air these guys are. Call them FIRST-you won't regret it!!"

Check this out! We recently started an interior remodel on a vintage Spartan trailer.
These were only in production from just after World War II until the early 1960's. There are very few of them still around, and we feel very lucky to be working on one!

"Save a trip & let Ibex come to you for your RV service needs- We had Cole winterize, remove the batteries for storage, and service our cassette toilet (Faulty electronic board and solenoid). Cole diagnosed the problem and fair estimate- plus we received great communication, on time arrival, and fair pricing without the hassle of hooking up my camper, dropping it off, and then hooking it up again. As we approach colder weather - please remember to winterize your trailers. Even the smallest amounts of water left in the lines can expand when frozen, which can cause serious damage.
