🚧 Exciting news for E. 185th Street! 🚧 A three-acre former car-dealership site at 543 E. 185th is finally getting a second chance. Cleveland, Euclid, and the Cuyahoga Land Bank are teaming up to reissue a new RFP l, merging both city parcels into one development-ready project.
The plan? Mixed-use on the Euclid side, commercial space on the Cleveland side, and shared green space + recreation across both. If all goes well, developers will be contacted in spring 2026.
