After having my son I started school to be an MA and during that time I felt unfulfilled with the environment at the school I attended. I eventually transferred to TriC and I decided that nursing wasn't for me and dropped out. A few months later, I started working at Dunkin Donuts. I absolutely HATED this job, the environment was stressful and I was working over and beyond my job description with no opportunities to grow. Finally I decided to quit that job and work in a space that gave me creative freedom and purpose. I have been a teacher for 7 years at the Young Leaders Program, where I mentored 6-12th graders on leadership skills and provided a safe space for them to be kids. I am now the manager, assisting with the operations of the program and facilitating community engagement. Because of this organization I built up the confidence to bet on myself during the pandemic, which is why I own Land of Little Bundles And Joy. I love all my jobs and everything that I do🤎

Moral of the story- Walk in your purpose, whatever that may look like as long as it feels right to you✨
I know my purpose is so much bigger than me
