For those of you living between Front St. to E. 6th and Holland to the west side of Parade and who have not received a Renaissance Block grant, we still have grants available for exterior repairs!

Repairs must be street-facing, exterior repairs. This is a 1:1 matching grant up to $5,000. That is, if you put in $5,000 of your money, BEST will match it with $5,000 in Renaissance Block Grant money--for a total of $10,000 worth of exterior repairs!
