Also thank you to Chris Groner, City of Erie Director, Office of Development Services who worked with the cybersecurity technology company to secure a low-interest Enterprise Loan revolving loan fund for the building.

Erie's century-old Mercantile Building has a new owner with big redevelopment plans Erie-based Federal Resources Corporation will move and expand its headquarters in the building at 1401 State St.
