The Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority is now offering the Presque Isle Express for free—Wednesdays (10:30 AM–10:16 PM) and Saturdays (10:30 AM–8:16 PM), now through August 22.
Perfect for getting to the UPMC Sunset Music Series at Beach 11 on Wednesday nights and for Saturday beach days! 🎶☀️

The sun is out, and so are the Mobi Mats!

This ongoing project is made possible by the Presque Isle Partnership and the support of people like you. To date, your generosity has helped us install over 900 feet of these “magic carpets” across the park.

These accessible beach mats help make it easier for visitors using strollers, walkers, wagons, or wheelchairs to get out on the sand and closer to the water. You can find them at Beach 1, Beach 3, Beach 8, and Beach 11.

Big thanks to the DCNR lifeguards for helping with this year’s setup!

We'd like to take a moment to recognize Jack Watts as he retires from the Board of Presque Isle Partnership. 🧡💛💙

Jack has served on our board for over 15 years and has played an instrumental role in a number of PIP projects and events. Examples of Jack's dedication to Presque Isle include his work throughout Best Summer Night and the formation of the Presque Isle Light Station organization. Jack has shown his love for Erie beyond his work with PIP, as he also served on the board of the Erie County Historical Society for several years.

Thank you, Jack, for all you have done for your park and community. Congratulations on your retirement! 🎉

Earlier this month, Erie Federal Credit Union's teamed up with Presque Isle Partnership to clean up the Beach 11 Nature Playspace.

Thanks to their hard work, the playground is all ready for some summer fun!! 😁

Here is what Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources has going on at Presque Isle for the month of June! 🎣

This weekend kicks off swimming season at Presque Isle State Park! Beaches 3, 6, 8, and 11 will be guarded from noon to 7:15pm, starting Saturday. 🏖

Food trucks will also be present on the park beginning May 23.

Welcoming KAYAKS, CANOES & PADDLE BOARDS! All paddlers are invited to join Presque Isle Partnership for a day of fun on the waterways of Presque Isle on Saturday, June 7. 🚣

The 5.5 mile poker run takes participants on a scenic journey through the Presque Isle Lagoons. The event wraps up with a post-paddler meetup and lunch buffet at Oasis Pub & Tiki Bar!
