Hardinger Trucking Your freight, our priority.

On Sunday, June 9, 2024, a fire broke out in one of our storage trailers located adjacent to our West warehouse at 1314 West 18th Street. The trailer, which contained only company-owned equipment, was completely destroyed in the blaze. The rapid response by the Erie Fire Department ensured that the damage was minimal and contained to just the trailer, with no harm to our buildings or other equipment.

Fortunately, our business operations will not be disrupted as a result of this incident. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, with arson being a possible source.

We would like to extend our gratitude to the Erie Fire Department for their prompt and effective response to the fire. In particular, we would like to recognize the efforts of Engine Companies 6, 11, 12, and Tower 2 for their swift action in containing the damage and minimizing the impact of the incident. Their professionalism and expertise were invaluable in preventing further damage and ensuring a safe outcome.
