August football training camps will come fast and our weekly offseason trainings with the Erie Sports Center Football Academy will help athletes develop the fundamental skills to be able to earn their starting position and play to the best of their ability as soon as the season starts.

ATTENTION ALL FOOTBALL PLAYERS!!! Join our Toy Drive for Training with our Erie Sports Center Football Academy! First opportunity is tomorrow December 7!

Athletes will get FREE admission to one of our December Offseason Training Sessions with donation of a NEW toy or sporting equipment. Donations will benefit the ESC Toy Drive for Booker T Washington and MLK Center.

Registration is open for our Erie Sports Center Football Academy winter 7v7 for middle school and high school athletes!

Combine day is Thursday December 28 from 6:00 to 8:00.

Games are Thursdays in January and February from 8:00 to 9:00 PM.

We encourage high school and middle school tackle football players to join this program with their coaches to get high quality offseason competition.

The winning team will receive a trophy and players will receive rings!

Players can also join our ESC Football Academy Offseason Training. Trainings occur every Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the ESC Sports Dome! These are focused on fundamental training for specific positions. Winter sessions start in January!!

Our goal is to help the Erie Metro Area players become better football players. We’re not selling exposure, we’re not seeing who’s the fastest in a sprint in a straight line. We are about developing guys into great football players with INTENSE POSITION-SPECIFIC TECHNIQUE TRAINING.

Erie Sports Center Football Academy is the ONLY football position specific training program in the area. It is our proven belief that the competitive difference-maker at high levels of football is technique. Developing and enhancing the ability and skill of serious football players in youth, middle, and high school in the Erie area is our primary goal!

Happy Veteran's Day to all those that served! Thank you for providing us the freedom to teach the youth of our community leadership values through the sport and enjoy being kids! Have a great weekend!

Great first night in the Erie Sports Center sports dome with our ESC Football Academy Offseason training. We had coaches from McDowell Trojan Football, North East Football as well as former college and 2x National Champion Erie Express Football players working with about 20 local athletes from Fairview, Albion, Millcreek, Edinboro, Cambrige Springs, Erie, Harborcreek, etc.

In this first session our coaching staff evaluated the players athletic traits in a combine testing and then assessed each indivudal athlete in smaller groups by position. This information will be used to develop athletes over the next 6 weeks in the fundamental program.

Our coaching staff is very excited for our next session where we can start to TEACH the players in a fun and positive setting on how to improve fundamental techniques that will improve their skill. This session will feature roughly 1 hour of position work which will then be followed by 1v1 competitions to get the kids fired up. We will start with offense next week which will then be followed by defense the following week. After our defense week we will start to add in 7v7 as well to get the athletes live reps in the dome.

We will also be keeping registration open for the entire fall session to allow middle school and high school athletes to join after they recover from their seasons that just ended or are ending. These athletes can register here https://eriesportscenterjrexpress.com/offseason-training

This was a special night for all of us involved who love football in this area. It is our mission to bring this community together and help all of our areas athletes receive high-level, technique training in the offseason so they can go back to their schools and help their programs and this area be a dominant force in Pennsylvania football. We also look forward to helping the individual athletes train for their next level and provide a player pathway with the resources they need.

Many large cities have programs like this and we are thankful for Troy Bingham and the Erie Sports Center for trusting us with this vision to bring this to our area. With the addition of AHN and the facility upgrades we will provide an unrivaled experience for athletes. We look forward to growing this program and maintaining the same positive culture of high-level training to provide the best experience possible for the youth in our area.
