Klein Plating would like to recognize the President and Owner of KPW, Joe Dudenhoeffer, on his 27th year with the company!

Joe started his journey at Klein Plating in June of 1998 in our Custom Finishing department. Over the years, Joe has worked in almost every department before ascending to President in 2006 and later sole owner in 2013. He is a tremendous worker, a brilliant and confident leader, and absolutely gives his all everyday as President. His innovative ways have led KPW to continued success and growth. When he is away from KPW, Joe loves traveling and making memories with his wife, children, and loved ones.

Happy 2nd Work-i-versary to Jordan Schau!

Jordan is a member of our Rack Auto Team. He is reliable, consistent, and enjoys guiding fellow team members in any way he can. Jordan has also assisted in other areas like waste treatment. Outside of KPW, Jordan enjoys gaming, visiting flea markets, and collecting swords.

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Ron Dyleski Jr!

Ron is an essential part of our Shipping and Receiving Department. In his 2 years here at KPW, Ron has trained in multiple areas including serving as a courier for specialized, small deliveries. He is always happy to lend a hand to anyone and quick to crack a joke to brighten everyone's day. Outside of work, Ron loves to play his guitars and rock out on the weekends.

Doug is a supervisor on 3rd shift. He is highly dependable, helpful, and constantly strives to produce the best quality of work he can. Doug enjoys riding motorcycles and relaxing with family and friends.

Tony works in our Maintenance department. He's dedicated, hard-working, and willing to get his hands dirty to complete a job. Tony has assisted on a number of projects and is always down to spread cheer with a good joke or laugh. He is a caring father, grandfather, and was once a rockstar in his free time.
