Embracing You Photography

Please do NOT book me for family photos unless I know you on a personal level. I am honored that so many people come to me for family photos but I will refer you to another amazing family photographer if you ask for a family session.

I just prefer to photograph maternity, babies, kids, pets, bo***ir, mom and me or daddy and me, siblings, engagements, weddings, product or detail, seniors, headshots, holiday and creative sessions and nature. I would love to get more comfortable doing family sessions but I am just not at the moment.

I plan to have more creative themed sessions available for all ages. Creative themed sessions will be discounted for Model calls but models MUST sign a Model release AND will only be able to download 3-5 images and the rest will have to be purchased. Referrals will get you $25 off all sessions.

Don't copy, be inspired. Use the concept with your own creative twist.

Friendly PSA to all my creatives. We are inspired by so many things; things we see, hear, touch and read.. it ignites this fire within us to do something like it or even better! It’s how the world of art works. But one thing, copying an artist idea down to ____, is not expanding your own creativity, it’s not good for your own soul. Go, be inspired to do your own twist all day long, credit who you were inspired by, but please.. don’t assume creative responsibility on something you didn’t authentically create yourself. It truly destroys the original creators heart and it feels like a true blow to the inner soul. It takes a lot of vulnerability for artists to share their art, music, words, etc.. and when it’s received wildly well, it makes us want to create more. But when it’s “stolen,” from us.. we tend to retract and it’s never good for either side. Be courteous, be creative, be artsy, be respectful. It’s a hard world in the photography industry, respect one another. Thank you, xoxo
